Meet Rosie, This Week's Beach Buddy!

April 4, 2017

Rosie is a 5 year old American Bulldog mix who was abandoned at the Miami-Dade County Community Spay Neuter Clinic in Cutler Bay.

Rosie is an amazing pooch who suffered an unfortunate injury that left her jaw fractured and several of her front teeth to get pushed out of place. Thanks to the donations made to the Second Chance Fund, the Miami Humane Society was able to take Rosie in for surgery to correct her jaw and remove her damaged teeth.

She is now pain-free and ready to rock the world of her forever family! If you are looking for a sweet and affectionate doggie to have by your side, Rosie is your girl! Her hobbies include: Giving her human endless hugs and kisses and taking naps by the side of someone loving and warm. She is totally adorable and will squirm on the floor in hopes that you will crouch down to give her a big ol’ belly rub. She is just a simple girl with few needs and so much love to give. Rosie gets along with people and dogs of all ages, too, which makes her the perfect fit for any family!

To adopt Rosie, visit the Soffer and Fine Adoption Center, located at 16101 West Dixie Highway in North Miami Beach. You will need to fill out an application and pass a property verification, so that we may ensure pets are allowed in the new home. Rosie’s adoption fee would be $100, plus the purchase of a collar and leash. You may bring your own collar and leash if you do not wish to purchase one from the shelter’s boutique.
