Healthy On-the-Go Breakfast

I absolutely have to have breakfast in the morning since the middle of the day can get crazy and I end up skipping lunch at work.

I like to eat healthy which is why I wake up 30 minutes earlier during the week to make scrambled eggs with veggies...every.single.day.

Until now.

Look at this easy, customizable recipe if you enjoy eating well but have limited time.

I do meal planning for the week on Sundays so this idea is perfect. I substituted a couple of ingredients, but this is an awesome 'template.'
